Maryland Election Law allows individuals, corporations, associations and partnerships to contribute up to $4,000 to the Friends of E.J. Pipkin during the 4-year election cycle (January 1, 2007 to December 31, 2010) and up to $10,000 in the aggregate to all candidates for State and local office during the 4- year election cycle. Maryland PAC’s may contribute up to $6,000 to the Friends of E.J. Pipkin Committee during the 4-year election cycle, and there is no aggregate limit. Political donations are not tax deductible.
